STARFLEET AFTER-ACTION REPORT

USS Draco Ingnis — NCC-7590

Filed By: Executive Officer. Commander Stephen Roberts

Stardate: 202512.03

Classification: Level 7 – Restricted Distribution

Summary of Incident,

At 0900 hours, the USS Draco Ingnis experienced a hostile multiversal incursion initiated by Mirror Universe counterparts. The XO, CMO, CONN, Communications Officer, and Chief Engineer were forcibly transported into the Mirror Universe. Mirror versions of these same officers appeared aboard the Draco in their place.

While onboard, the Mirror crew executed a coordinated takeover attempt. They temporarily gained control of several shipboard systems and locked out command and security codes, preventing senior Prime Universe officers from regaining immediate control.

In parallel, the Draco’s Captain, Security Chief, and Mako Lead successfully escaped the ship to warn Starfleet.

During their retreat through the Prime Universe en route to Starfleet Command, the Mirror crew — still aboard the Draco — encountered and destroyed the USS Victorious, which was responding to a distress signal. No survivors have been confirmed. A sudden outbreak of Draconian Flu among the Mirror officers destabilized their takeover attempt, forcing them to recall their boarding party and return to their own universe.

Tactical Assessment,

The Mirror Universe crew displayed:

Advanced inter-universe transporter technology

Superior preparation and intelligence on Starfleet command structures

Synchronized takeover tactics

Willingness to engage and destroy Starfleet vessels

High operational cohesion and loyalty to their cause

The Victorious incident confirms their willingness to use lethal force immediately and without negotiation.

Their only vulnerability was the unexpected medical incompatibility — the Draconian Flu — which disrupted their takeover and forced withdrawal.

This reprieve should not be relied upon.

Recommendations,

A. Engineering & Science

Conduct comprehensive analysis of transporter logs for quantum-signature anomalies.

Investigate countermeasures to prevent forced personnel displacement.

Develop multiversal pattern locks for command personnel.

B. Command Protocols

Reset and secure all ship command codes.

Require biometric + quantum signature confirmation for future command authorization.

C. Tactical & Security

Implement Red-Level Multiverse Incursion Drills.

Equip Security teams with counter-assault protocols for Mirror boarding actions.

D. Strategic Response

Starfleet Command should issue an immediate Multiversal Threat Advisory.

Recommend task force formation to study and neutralize Mirror transporter technology.

E. Optional Reconnaissance

Pending safety clearance, dispatch a small recon team to assess the Mirror Draco and gather intelligence—especially regarding how they achieved command code override capability.

Conclusion,

This incursion represents a significant escalation in Mirror Universe hostilities. Their ability to forcibly transfer personnel between universes, override command systems, and destroy a responding Starfleet vessel indicates the emergence of a new strategic-level threat.

They were only stopped by circumstance — not capability.

They will return.

And the next time, they may be immune to the Draconian Flu.

The Draco and Starfleet must prepare accordingly.
